High Beech Road

We were approached by two neighbouring homeowners in order to undertake a joint improvement of their properties in Loughton. The most important aspect of this development was to improve the thermal performances of both houses, which was achieved by installing a new properly insulated roof over both properties and new external insulation over both front and rear elevations with silicone render finish throughout.

Also, a small but space efficient single storey rear extension was built to one of the properties, with rooflights and large bi-folding doors to maximise the amount of natural light that floods the internal open plan kitchen and dining area. We were also involved in the landscaping works, as we created a full width sunken patio with luxurious non-slip outdoor tiles. There is a seamless threshold to the bi-folding doors, meaning that the patio space is at the same level of the internal space.
