The project on Warren Road follows the popular trend of single storey rear extensions, creating a completely new and large open plan kitchen and living space.
With the addition of decking, LED light stairs and porcelain tiling, the home is well connected to the garden and an enclosed private socialising and relax space is created which is low maintenance and hard wearing. The slim profile sliding doors maximise the amount of light coming into the house while also uplifting the back facade.
As part of the internal transformation, we installed an Omnie underfloor heating system throughout the open plan space in order to maximise the heating output and ensure the best option possible to suit our client's needs.
